Soba noodles

Begin by cooking the soba noodles in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and spread the noodles onto a paper towel. Dry the noodles and soak up as much water as possible. Fry the noodles by carefully placing them in hot oil, about 325 degrees F. When noodles are crispy, remove from oil. While noodles are still hot, sprinkle salt to your liking. Once noodles have cooled down, break them into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
