4 pieces of Sweetened Aburaage - thin deep-fried tofu

2 slices of Kamaboko Fish Cake
Wakame Seaweed
Spring Onion Leaves, Chopped
Shichimi - seven flavor chili powder

- Dashi Stock -
700ml Water (2.96 cups)
10g Iriko or Niboshi - dried baby sardines with the heads and stomachs removed (0.35 oz)
5g Dashi Kombu Seaweed (0.18 oz)
5g Bonito Flakes (0.18 oz)

- Broth -
600ml Dashi Stock (2.54 cups)
or 600ml water+1 tsp dashi stock powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soy Sauce
½ tbsp Mirin

七味唐辛子

▼うどん用だし
水：700ml
いりこ：10g（頭と腹ワタを取った正味）
出し昆布：5g
削り節：5g

▼かけ出し
うどん用だし：600ml（又は水600mlに和風だし顆粒小1）
塩：小1
醤油：小1
みりん：大1/2
