จะเห็นได้ว่าในปัจจุบันมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของภาคอุตสาหกรรมอวกาศอย่างเห็นได้ชัด บริษัทเอกชนเข้ามาเคลื่อนไหวเป็นผู้เล่นในธุรกิจอวกาศเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมาก อันจะดูได้จาก การท่องเที่ยวทางอวกาศซึ่งมีอเมริกาเป็นผู้นำแรกๆ กลบภาพเก่าที่กิจการทางอวกาศล้วนเคยเป็นสิ่งที่ภาครัฐเป็นผู้ขับเคลื่อน แนวโน้มของจำนวนผู้ให้บริการด้าน IT ที่ประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลดาวเทียมกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมีเพิ่มมากขึ้น รวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบดาวเทียมขนาดเล็กที่มีความแม่นยำสูงด้วยนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีสุดล้ำ และการพัฒนาจรวดอวกาศที่ก้าวหน้าไปอย่างมาก ทำให้การเติบโตของภาคธุรกิจอวกาศเป็นที่น่าจับตามองอย่างยิ่ง

พื้นที่ประเทศในแถบเอเชียรวมถึงประเทศไทยโดยรัฐบาลในแต่ละประเทศเริ่มเปลี่ยนทิศทางของกิจการทางอวกาศ จากกิจการเพื่อการพัฒนาทางวิทยาศาสตร์แบบเก่าสู่กิจการเพื่อการพัฒนาการเจริญเติบโตของภาคเศรษฐกิจและการแก้ไขปัญหาสังคม ทั้งนี้ภาครัฐรวมทั้งภาคเอกชนต่างให้ความสนใจว่าเป็นโอกาสใหม่ทางธุรกิจและจับตามองในฐานะอุตสาหกรรมใหม่ของประเทศ

Starting with the start of some of private space travels in the United States, there is a movement for private sectors to enter as a player in space where the governments has been a leader in activities so far, and the movement for commercialization of space activities is rapidly expanding.
Further development of the space business is expected, such as the increase in digital services that combine satellite data and digital technology, and the development and spread of satellites and rockets that are smaller and cheaper but higher in performance due to technological and social innovation.

In the Asian region such as Thailand as well, many governments are beginning to shift from conventional space activities for science and technology to space activities for socio-economic development and solving social issues.
Both the governments and the private sectors are beginning to pay attention to space become new industry and business opportunities.

In this webinar, as such space innovation is occurring, we are making advanced efforts to expand the space business and introducing Japan and Thai space activities that are beginning to provide services with cutting-edge technology.
