The second episode ~ An introduction to Japanese grilled offal ~
Following on from last time, Francis continues his adventure to introduce the best of Japan's meat-based cuisines. After trying some delicious sukiyaki, Francis is ready to carry on with his mission to eat all the different parts of a cow, and so he has come to a shop where they sell fresh beef offal.

・レバー / liver
・白センマイ刺し / white senmai sashimi
※白センマイは、生ではなくゆでて加熱処理をしています。
* White senmai is not raw; it is cooked via a boiling method.
