It was built as a "Zuishin Gate" which was built in the precincts of Senso-ji Temple in 1618. The Zuishin gate means the guardian deity figures stands at both left and right side. Zochoten to the left and Jikokuten to the right are enshrined. The gate itself is said to be built in 1649 from the form and techniques.
