Japan-Singapore Space Economy Co-creation Workshop

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), in collaboration with the Consortium for Satellite Earth Observation (CONSEO), Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), and Singapore Space & Technology Ltd (SSTL) held the Japan-Singapore Space Economy Co-creation Workshop on February 14, 2024. The event was sponsored by the Embassy of Japan in Singapore and The Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn).

The event began with a panel discussion with private investors from both Japan and Singapore on the theme of "Global Investment and Commercial Trends in the Space Industry." Afterwards, a pitching session was held between private companies from both countries. The event is to spur partnerships between public and private sectors in Japan and Singapore including potential users and players to enhance co-creation for space economy.
