Ulzzang Makeup for Glasses

Hello my star light, star brights!

Very often, you hear people say "glasses are sexy". That can be true. Except... my glasses are definitely not sexy. But that's all good. I love my non sexy glasses.

These days, many people are choosing larger frames for their glasses because it looks cuter and innocent. Plus, you have to admit- they make pretty good statement fashion pieces.

I love my big frames because they allow me to see EVERYTHING! It's like A WHOLE NEW WORLD! However, as much as I love them- people often tell me I look very different with my big glasses on. Usually I'm told my eyes look a lot smaller with them. That's because I'm actually very short sighted. The thick frames already drown my eyes down but behind the near sighted lenses, my eyes disappear even more. Plus, attention is usually directed to the glasses and not my face.

Therefore, I was inspired me to do a ulzzang look for Glasses. Instead of sexy sophistication, we're going for a cuter sweeter look. Afterall, ulzzang makeup is all about making eyes appear larger which makes it PERFECT for short sighted girls.

This look is all about the puppy eyes, slightly heavier hand on a brighter blush and cute gradient lips. Without the glasses, it may appear a little too much but once you pop your glasses on- the makeup will be toned down making everything look in proportion again.

It's quick & simple to create. Great for me because... I can barely see myself when I'm applying my makeup.

Note: Of course, as a short sighted girl (and short legged girl) mself, this look is catered for the short sighted. For my long sighted friends, this makeup may not be suitable for you! That's because your lenses from your glasses magnifies your eyes already.
