Small Satellite, Quetzal-1 Deployment from “Kibo"「きぼう」から超小型衛星（Quetzal-1）の放出

Guatemala’s First Satellite, Quetzal-1, is planned to be deployed from Kibo of International Space Station, on April 28th.
The satellite was developed by a team from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala which was selected for Second Round of KiboCUBE programme (cooperative framework between JAXA and UNOOSA).
JAXA will broadcast the Live program of the memorial deployment.

Time of broadcasting as planned: 8:45am - 9:40am on April 28th (Guatemala Time)
Time of deployment as planned: 9:20am on April 28th (Guatemala Time)

4月28日（火）に国際宇宙ステーション「きぼう」日本実験棟より、グアテマラ初となる超小型衛星“Quetzal-1”が放出される予定です。
同衛星は第二回KiboCUBE（国連とJAXAの協力枠組み）で選定され、グアテマラ・デル・バジェ大学のチームが開発したものです。
記念となる衛星放出をライブ配信します。

ライブ配信時刻（予定）：2020年4月28日（火）午後11時45分～翌午前0時40分（日本時間）
衛星放出時刻（予定）：2020年4月29日（水）午前0時20分（日本時間）
衛星名： Quetzal-1　（ケツァール-1）
