Hello pumpkin pies,

It's that time of the year again. I don't know about you guys but I've never really been too crazy about Halloween. I mean, I'm not sure whether it's because I'm too cheap to splash on a costume every year or if it's because of pure laziness. I think it's a combination of both factors.

If you're like me and you're just too unbothered to buy a costume, why not just be a Porcelain Doll or a Broken Doll?

My grand mother gave me this porcelain doll when I was a little girl (which I still own). As much as I loved it, I always had it kept inside the box and stored up high on top of my wardrobe. Truth was, I was afraid it will come to life and haunt me. Something about porcelain dolls just CREEP the heck out of me. I think it's because they look so delicate yet life like. Please tell me I'm not the only one.

Your outfit will be easy too. Just wear something you would imagine wearing to a tea party like a dress matched with a cardigan and straw hat.

Just switch the lip colour to a blood red lip stick, change into a dark dress and add some cracks with black eyeliner and you can transform into a Broken Doll. Ruffle up the hair to look more 'damaged' and creepy.

I think I would enjoy being a Broken Doll this year. I'll photo-bomb everybody's photographs by being a creep in the background. I'll sit on the train and stare at passengers to make them feel uncomfortable.
