今、農林水産省は酪農家を支えるため、牛乳やヨーグルトを普段より1本多く消費することを推奨する「プラスワンプロジェクト」を立ち上げています。

そこで、OUC48を代表する料理好きなメンバーや今回のステイホーム期間中に料理への挑戦を始めたメンバーが集って、牛乳などの乳製品を使った料理を紹介する農林水産省「プラスワンプロジェクト」とのコラボレーション企画！！

第2弾となる今回テーマは「クリームコロッケ」。メンバーが考えたオリジナルのクリームコロッケレシピを公開します。


In order to support dairy farmers, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is now launching a "Plus One Project" that recommends consuming one more milk or yogurt than usual.

So, some of our OUC48 members who love cooking or who just started cooking during this stay home period gatherd and collaborated with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries "Plus One Project" to introduce their favorite menu made by diary products.

The second theme is "Cream Croquette." We will introduce the original "Cream Croquette" recipe that the members thought.
