In the Wake - Takashi Arai
Japanese photographer and winner of the Kimura Ihei Award for photography, Takashi Arai, discusses his work, process and effect the events of March 11, 2011 have had on his photography. Using the classic technique of the daguerrotype, Arai creates what he describes as "micro-monuments" of his subjects.
