DIY Cute Poodle Plushie

Hi everyone!

It's been a little while since we decided to get crafty. I just picked up a new hobby and I thought, SO MUCH FUN! MUST SHARE! I'm going to share how to make a cute little poodle plushie with you all today. I'm no expert. Just figured we can learn this world of Needle Felting together.

I had no idea needle felting would be so much fun and easy. You can make a cute plushie without the needle of actual sewing and cutting? I'M IN!!! Plus, these little furry friends just make me so happy. They make a cute gift idea too!

I was in my stationary store grabbing some books when Tim came up to me with this DIY kit. He was telling me the little poodles reminded him of Domo (our dog). I had to get it right away!!!

The instructions were in chinese so I couldn't really read them but I looked up online for basic needle felting instructions and tried to follow the pictures as a guide line. My attempt definitely wasn't as good as the ones demonstrated on the box but I figured it's not bad for a first attempt XD.

Now you can find Felting Wool in your local knitting supply or craft store (along with a felting needle and foam board etc).

Please be very careful when you're handling with the needle. I pricked my finger countless times when I started off my first project. If you're under 15, make sure you have the supervision of an adult.

We'll be making a schnauzer together for the next DIY video so stay tuned for it. If you want, you can go ahead and get some felting wool in grey, white, black and pink.

I'm off to go dress shopping with my future mummy in law. Gonna do some sucking up lol.
