千葉大学のベンチャー企業である「自律制御システム研究所」が開発した自律制御システムを搭載したドローン。
自律、即ち自分で考えて行動するドローンである。
今回のデモは、基地から出発して光る物の側に行っって、その後基地に戻るという飛行である。
途中に可動式の障害物（ゲート）があり、往路と復路で障害物の条件が変わる。ドローンはレーザスキャニングを行って周辺の状況を把握し、安全な飛行ルートを自ら決定する。
原子炉の廃炉作業での活用が期待されているらしい。
