カリフォルニア州のニューサム知事は23日、2045年までの石油採掘の段階的な停止に向け、具体策の検討を始めるよう担当機関に指示したと発表しました。環境への悪影響があるとされる「フラッキング」方式での採掘については2024年までに新規許可を停止します。
