毛沢東風鶏むね肉の照り焼きの作り方動画です。鶏むね肉を固くならないように下処理して照り焼きにし、フライドエシャロットベースのふりかけを山盛りかけて頂きます。孤独のグルメで出てきた「毛沢東スペアリブ」が美味しそうだったので、鶏むね肉の照り焼きベースに作ってみました。フライドエシャロットは台湾料理によく使われる食材で、カリカリの食感、ビターな風味でサラダ、チャーハン、、麺、煮物、刺身のトッピングにも使えます。今回はスパイスで風味づけして使いました。テキストのレシピはリンク先をご覧ください。
