Welcome to Uki Uki NihonGO + Culture!

In today's lesson we discuss how to introduce others in a variety of situations. Whether you are with friends, coworkers, acquaintances, guests, or superiors, you'll be able to use these phrases, so try them out!

The primary levels of speech are:

Casual (friends, family)
Polite (colleagues, acquaintances, strangers)
Respectful (boss, guests, teachers, customers)

Using the incorrect politeness level is not the end of the world, but having the knowledge of which level to use and when to use it will help you out on your road to mastering Japanese!

We would like to hear from you! Please feel free to ask questions and comment on what you'd like to learn. We'll be creating Q+A lessons in the future!

Thanks for watching! See you next time! では、また今度!Dewa, mata kondo!
