Take the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line until Roppongi Station and take exit C1. You'll arrive right outside of the building that it is in. Look for Pokemon signs and you should be able to find it! :)

*It costs 1500 yen (1000 if you can show a student card) to get into the Pokemon exhibit (There's tons to see other than the cafe and an awesome pokemon gift shop!)
