三井不動産が東京ドームに対するＴＯＢ（株式公開買い付け）を実施する方針であることがわかりました。
買収額は、1,000億円を超える可能性があり、両社は、「本日開催の取締役会に付議する予定だ」とのコメントを公表しました。
