宮城県に大きな被害をもたらした東日本大震災。３年経った今もなお、当時の景観を取り戻すまでの道のりはまだまだ遠いのが現状です。様々な気持ちを抱える人が多い中で、今この瞬間、仮設商店街や沿岸地域の方を中心に、一歩一歩前へ進もうと頑張っている人々の姿を全国の方に伝えたくて撮影に臨みました。そこにはたくさんの溢れる「笑顔」が。
彼らの輝くその笑顔を信じて、これからの宮城を見守り続けて欲しいという想いを込めて制作しました。

Even after 3 years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake (Higashi Nihon Daishinsai) devastating quake and resulting tsunami hit Miyagi,Tohoku. in 2011, there are still many people living in temporary housing, losing their jobs in Tohoku. Our local residents still struggling everyday to recover what they had before 3.11. The people who live in Tohoku, feel still complicated. However, at the same time, we could realize that the local new movement where locates at temporary business sites and coastal living area to cover reconstruction "hope" and "action" driven by local people.
This video shooting "unforgettable smiles" who are local residents to stand up for the tomorrow, is a hopeful memorable message to the world. By watching and feeling this documental short video, we all together team up for the getting back our daily lives.
