アカデミー賞授賞式が10日（日本時間11日）に迫っている。候補入りした日本の3作品のなかでも「ゴジラ－1.0（マイナスワン）」が視覚効果賞を邦画で初めて受賞するかに注目が集まる。他の米国作品に比べ低予算ながら、VFXの質の高さが支持を集めている。

The Academy Awards ceremony is coming up on the 10th (11th in Japan time). Among the three Japanese films nominated, attention is focused on whether "Godzilla Minus One" will be the first Japanese film to win the Visual Effects Award. Although it has a lower budget than other U.S. films, the quality of its VFX is gaining support.
